March 13, 1994 - the Center was formally affiliated by the Louise de Marillac Foundation, Inc. Mla. The umbrella Organization of DC Social Service Ministry.
April 21, 1995 - PAASCU granted the Higher Education Department a 3-year accredited status. During this school year, the Music Room had been relocated and special courses in Piano, Guitar, Organ and Voice were offered.
June 1996 - St. Joseph Building was constructed and blessed which houses the Lower Basic Education pupils.
February 1998 - the Upper Basic Education Department was successfully granted by PAASCU another 5-year accredited status.
- the St. Catherine Building was constructed which accommodates the Nutrition Center on the ground floor, the Lower Basic Education pupils on the second floor while the 3rd floor serves as a mini-gym.
September 1998 - PAASCU re-survey of the Education and Commerce program in the Higher Education Department and was granted 3-year reaccreditation status.
April 1999 - the Upper Basic Education Department received its 5-year PAASCU accredited status
April 2000 - the Lower Basic Education Department was granted another 5-year PAASCU accredited status.

September 25-29, 2000 – a stage play “Vincent” was shown depicting the life and virtues of St. Vincent de Paul in anticipation of CSJ’s 130th founding anniversary in 2002.
May 4, 2001 - approval of BSIT course by CHED
May 31, 2001 - the school Auditorium was renovated and blessed by Reverend Father Serafin Peralta, CM, Provincial Director of the Daughters of Charity.
May 31, 2002 - TESDA issued approval of the 2-year Certificate in Health Care Program
June 19, 2002 - renewal of BSIT course for its second year implementation of the program
November 14, 2002 - formal opening of the celebration of the 130th founding anniversary of Colegio de San Jose with the theme, CSJ: 130 Years of Faithful Service to the Filipino Family.
