November 19-23, 2002 - presentation of an experimental theatrical play “Tan Buntoy: Ang Dalagangan”

August 2003 - a four-storey Science Building was constructed.

2005 - Sr. Ma. Lourdes S. Verzosa, DC initiated the Little School Succession Program which served as an avenue for preparing the lay for administrative and managerial tasks.

2008 - the new Governance Structure for the Integrated System was created which was recognized by the Provincial Council as a pioneering move towards closer tandem with the lay partner.

- Colegio de San Jose was recognized as a National Historical Landmark on the occasion of its 136 years of existence as an Educational Apostolate of Jaro community. In the same year, “Typhoon Frank” visited Western Visayas, coincided with the formulation of the Expanded Operational Plan (EOP). Despite the devastation, the EOP embodied the desires, dreams and hopes to uphold the Vincentian Mission to serve those living in poverty situations.

2008-2009 - Mrs. Marilyn Mifuel was appointed as the First Lay Principal for the Basic Education Department in response to the call of the DC Philippine Province towards empowering partnership.

2009-2010 - the Vincentian Management Team (VMT) was institutionalized as the chief implementing body and acted in lieu of the President: The VMT uphold partnership and commitment, collaboration and co-responsibility, teamwork and accountability, communal discernment, openness and receptivity to the Spirit of wisdom in its leadership. To epitomize such leadership the Daughters of Charity thereby appointed Dr. Ma. Helena Desiree M. Terre as the First Lay Mission Partner among the DC schools as VMT Chair. This is to strengthen empowering partnership with the lay which heightened the integrated governance of the Iloilo Integrated Schools, along with the trust and confidence of the DC administration in the capacity of their lay partners.

2010 - PAASCU accredited the Upper Basic Education Department and was granted another 5-year accredited status.

September 27, 2010 - the Catholic Church paid homage to two great icons of Charity: St. Vincent de Paul, Patron Saint of Charity and St. Louise de Marillac, Patron Saint of All Social Workers with the theme: “Charity and Mission”. It was celebrated worldwide by the Vincentian Family.

- Cognizant of its vision-mission, Colegio de San Jose continued to serve the poor through scholarship privileges to the economically deprived but deserving youths of the community through the Marillac Grantees Program, the Vincent and Louise Fellow, the Naseau Scholarship and Alternative Learning System (ALS) programs for the poor such as the ALS in-campus, Brgy. Talongadian, Sta. Barbara and Iloilo Provincial Integrated Jail.

2011 - the Lower Basic Education Department was granted another 5-year accredited status.

February 18-19, 2013 - the integrated Basic Education was granted 5-year accreditation status by PAASCU. Inspired by the re-accreditation awarded to the iBED, the Administration, Faculty, Staff and Alumni continued to strive for the Vincentian excellence in all its endeavors.

2013 - the Higher Education Department offered Associate in Information Technology, Diploma in Teaching and Micro Finance as another major in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Program

2014 - the DC-SLMES Iloilo Integrated Administration Vincentian Management Team completed its 5-year service.

2014-2015 - Colegio de San Jose welcomes Sr. Ana Francisca C. Capit, DC as President and Sister Servant.

- CSJ was chosen as one of the Pilot Schools in Western Visayas for the CEAP Philippine Catholic Schools Standards (PCSS)

June 4, 2016 - Opening of the Worldwide 400th Anniversary of the Vincentian Charism

2016-2017 -2016-2017 - Opening of Grade 11 Senior High School - Formulated the 3-year Continuing Quality Improvement Plan (CQIP) based on the PCSS document so as to improve the institution and strengthen Catholic identity.

February 16, 2017 - started the Construction of St. Vincent de Paul Building for SHS

2017-2018 2017-2018 - Opening of Grade 12 Senior High School - Colegio de San Jose welcomes Sr. Zenaida S. Condes, DC as President and Sister Servant

November 29, 2017 - Closing of the 400th Anniversary of the Vincentian Charism in Western Visayas held at Colegio de San Jose

April 2018 - First Batch of Grade 12 Graduate

The continuing growth and development of Colegio de San Jose, the first Catholic school for Girls in Western Visayas is a collaborative effort of committed Administrators, Faculty, Staff, Students, Parents and Alumni steadfastly journeying together.
