2009-2010 ● The Vincentian Management Team (VMT) was institutionalized as the chief implementing body and to act in lieu of the President which uphold partnership and commitment, collaboration and co-responsibility, teamwork and accountability, communal discernment, openness and receptivity to the Spirit of wisdom in its leadership.
Dr. Ma. Helena Desiree M. Terre was appointed VMT Chair to strengthen empowering partnership with the lay which heightened the integrated governance of the Iloilo Integrated Schools, along with the trust and confidence of the DC Administration in the capacity of their lay partners.
2010 ● Another five-year PAASCU re-accredited status was granted to the UBED.
September 27, 2010 ● The Catholic Church paid homage to the two (2) great icons of Charity: “St. Vincent de Paul, Patron Saint of Charity”, and “St. Louise de Marillac, Patron Saint of All Social Workers” with the theme: “Charity and Mission” which was celebrated worldwide by the Vincentian Family.
Cognizant of its vision-mission, Colegio de San Jose continued to serve the poor through scholarship privileges to the economically deprived but deserving youths of the community through the Marillac Grantees, the Vincent and Louise Fellow, the Naseau Scholarship and Alternative Learning System (ALS) Programs particularly the ALS in CSJ Campus; the ALS in Brgy. Talongadian, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo and in Iloilo Provincial Integrated Jail, Brgy. Nanga Pototan, Iloilo.
2011-2014 ● Sr. Ester S. Orleans, DC was Sister Servant
2011 ● Another five-year PAASCU re-accredited status was granted to the LBED.
February 18-19, 2013 ● The IBED was granted five-year accreditation status by PAASCU.
2013 ●The Higher Education Department (HED) offered the following courses: Associate in Information Technology, Diploma in Teaching and Micro Finance as another major in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Program.
2014 ● The five-year service of the DC-SLMES Iloilo Integrated Administration Vincentian Management Team reached completion.
2014-2017 ● Sr. Ana Francisca C. Capit, DC was appointed as the new CSJ President and Sister Servant.
CSJ was appointed as one of the Pilot Schools in Western Visayas to implement the Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP) Philippine Catholic Schools Standards (PCSS).
June 4, 2016 ● The celebration of the Worldwide 400th Anniversary of the Vincentian Charism was opened.
December 8, 2016 ● The CSJ Community Outreach Service Program having adopted the ALS, won Second Place in the Outstanding National Literacy Award category at Southeast Asian Ministers of Education innovation and Technology (SEAMEO Innotech) in Diliman Quezon City.
2016-2017 ● The Grade 11 Senior High School (SHS) was opened.
