May 1, 2022 ● CSJ held the Closing Ceremonies of its 150th Foundation Anniversary Celebration which was highlighted by the following:

• Creation of Jubilee Song and the Jubilee Prayer

• Unveiling of Sesquicentennial Commemorative Marker of the 150th Foundation Anniversary of Colegio de San Jose historically known as the First School for Girls in Western Visayas. The CSJ’s Sesquicentennial coincides with the 150 years anniversary of Pope Pius IX’s declaration of St. Joseph in the document “QUEMADMODUM DEUS” as “Patron of the Universal Church.”

• Unveiling of the replica to honor Sr. Josefa Nuñez, Daughter of Charity as the First Sister Servant from 1872 to 1878.

• Blessing of the Kinder Building and Canopied Ramp as a gift to St Joseph, and the newly-renovated Archive.

• Staging of Cultural Show and Caravan

• Awarding of Outstanding Alumni

May 18, 2023 ● The IBED was granted Level III Re-Accredited Status by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) for having satisfactorily met the standards and fulfilled the requirements of PAASCU.

August 9, 2023 ● CSJ launched the Revised Vision Mission, Core Values and Graduate Attributes

November 11-13, 2023 ● CSJ participated in the Silver Jubilee Celebration of the DC-SLMES in Concordia College, Inc., Manila with the theme, “DC-SLMES @ 25: Joyfully Journeying Together to Keep the Vincentian Spirit and Mission Alive”

July 5 – 7, 2024 ● CSJ and SLMSM Lay Administrators attended the First Research Conference on Mission-Driven Education (RCMDE) of the DC-SLMES organized by the DC-SLMES Research Core Group held in Universidad de Santa Isabel de Naga, Naga City.

The continuing growth and development of Colegio de San Jose, the First Catholic School for Girls in Western Visayas is a collaborative efforts of the past to present and committed Administrators, Faculty, Staff, Students, Parents and Alumni steadfastly journeying together.

Colegio de San Jose will continue to remain in the heart of every Ilonggo. In particular, those who have experienced the Vincentian-Josephinian education, will boldly proclaim and resonate in their lives CSJ’s Vision-Mission and Core Values.

The legacy and charism of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac lives on. Today, the journey continues
